| Data Mining Systems for the Semiconductor Industry
Our products include ICCI replacement process controllers for diffusion furnaces together with Host software for managing and monitoring furnace behavior. Diffusion furnaces generally do not wear out, but the control systems do. Companies purchase ICCI retrofit controllers as complete replacements for aging and antequated Bruce, Tempress, Tystar, and Thermco control hardware because finding spare parts and keeping the old equipment running is difficult, time-consuming and expensive. Another JGA product line is replacement Host software for several types of existing furnace controllers: Thermco TMX, Bruce 7351 and 7355 and TEL furnaces equipped with TX4000z controllers. Our SuperTMX can replace either the VAX-based or TI-9900-based MUX; the 846 and 866 Host replaces the APEX on Bruce furnaces, and TELMON Host replaces the TEL Group Controller. One of our core competencies is software development. We can provide both off-the-shelf and custom designed Windows-based data capture, analysis and "anti-scrap" (including SECS/GEM) software for processing equipment.
