Corporate Profile
Jon
Goldman Associates (JGA) is a leading supplier of advanced integrated
Data Collection, Data Analysis, Data Reporting and Recipe Management (edit/archive, etc) software systems for diffusion furnaces.
Goldman Systems™ provide data for process optimization, yield enhancement,
recipe management and anti-scrap measures. In April 2002, JGA acquired Integrated
Control Concepts, Inc. (ICCI),
an equipment controller manufacturer providing control solutions
for a variety of "hot-wall" process applications such as chemical vapor deposition, and solid-state diffusion/oxidation. JGA has software development capabilities and a large software library representing more than 20 years in the business. We offer both off-the-shelf
and custom designed software and control systems, JGA can provide
semiconductor manufacturers and OEM process tool manufacturers with
solutions to increase equipment reliability, productivity, and yield.
Historically, JGA has provided
Goldman Systems to end-users for use on diffusion furnaces, including
Thermco, TEL, Tystar, Tempress and Bruce.
We offer semiconductor manufacturers resellers and OEMs a broad
range of highly integrated software monitoring and control products
for both new and legacy process equipment.
