How to contact us..

If you need technical or pricing information, service, or support on any of ICCI's or JGA's products, you can contact us either Directly, through Re-sellers, or through "FOJ's." (Friends of Jon). Please read the section below to learn more about how to use these channels to contact us....

Directly: Please feel free to contact us directly at any time either by email, phone or FAX (Yes, we still use Fax machines occasionally). Contact information is given in the table below.

Re-sellers: As an end-user you may choose to purchase or obtain support for JGA/ICCI products through our resellers, who are authorized to sell our products and, in most cases, provide support. Some of our resellers are furnace manufacturers and/or refurbishers who incorporate ICCI and JGA products into their equipment. Some resellers are regional sales and service organizations who concentrate in a local area. Our resellers are knowledgeable about our products, and they are capable of communicating your needs back to us. As an end-user you are free to contact any reseller from the list below to obtain information about our products, or inquire about support.

If you are an end-user and you purchase JGA/ICCI products from a company that is not on this list, we can't guarantee that what you are buying can be supported by the factory.

FOJ's. JGA also utilizes a network of semiconductor manufacturing veterans (mostly old gezers, like Jon) who have strong ties to our industry. They are very knowledgeable about JGA's capabilities, and can help you obtain the information you need. Feel free to contact them.
