Background

Historically, JGA has provided Goldman Systems to end-users for use on specific tool types. Presently JGA is focusing on providing a universal solution capable of being bundled into any process tool at the OEM level. Additionally, this system is able to integrate data from multiple tool types for centralized SPC analysis and alert notification.

Goldman Systems funnel data to process personnel and engineers in the form they need to make accurate processing evaluations and decisions. For example, a paging system is provided so immediate notification of lot jeopardizing conditions, such as a tube aborting or particle count spike, can take place. A system PC actually places a call to any specified pager when set criteria are met. Other notification vehicles include email, light tower, message board, or switch closure. JGA also provides tools that allow engineers to sit at their desks and sift through any period of data, tracking subtle changes that occur over time.
