Jon Goldman Associates' New Data Digger
CD Demonstrates How to Mine Process Data
Turn raw process data into useful data
Orange, CA - May, 2001 - Jon Goldman
Associates (JGA) announces the availability of a new Data
Digger CD that demonstrates how to mine your process data
and turn it into data you can use to monitor and improve your
semiconductor manufacturing process, reducing scrap, rework,
and downtime. The CD presents five steps to effective data
mining. Graphs, charts, and examples show how to interpret
trace data and how to identify critical steps in your manufacturing
process. The CD points out how you can extract data and convert
data traces into long-term trend data. Through data mining,
you can highlight differences between tools and outline the
effects of maintenance procedures. Once you've collected the
data, the CD explains how to put the information to use. The
CD is available by contacting Jon Goldman Associates at 714-283-5889,
sending an email to kerry@jga-inc.com,
or writing Jon Goldman Associates at 2237 N. Batavia Street,
Orange, CA 92865.
