GMI Host
The GMI Host is a PC/Windows-based "Station
Controller" for editing recipes, collecting and analyzing data,
obtaining status information and managing run-by-run equipment operation.
The GMI Host system combines the production-proven
capabilities of ICCI's host software with an all-new Graphical Management
Interface. The result: Unsurpassed power and ease of use for your
engineers and operators. This is the host that your controllers
deserve!
The GMI Host Station Controller is available in a
variety of configurations:
- The GMI Host for Furnaces Equipped with ICCI's SLC-99
Controllers.
- The GMI Host for Furnaces Equipped with BTI-7351 or 7355 Controllers.
- GMI Host for FSI Mercury SRDs.
The Graphical Management Interface (GMI) Host software adds functionality
and versatility to the above-listed controllers. It consists of
an easy to-use Windows-based Graphical User Interface that allow
Operators, Technicians Engineers and System Administrators to do
their jobs efficiently.
GMI provides Security
Infrastructure to limit access to specific functions on depending
on need.
The GMI Host provides Furnace
Control Functions such as Start a Recipe, Abort a process, Acknowledge
Run Complete, etc.
The GMI Host provides Current
Tube/Bank/Fab Status information.
The GMI Host provides Recipe
Management based on four different libraries which are also
under security control.
The GMI Host provides Archival Storage of recipes, recipe histories
and process histories.
The Graphical
Display Module of the GMI Host provides real-time and historical
data display of all important equipment and process variables.
An Event Log stores
the history of every step of each process run. The Event Log Viewer
is settable to display as many or as few of the process parameters
as the end-user desires. It is capable of being sorted in several
different ways.
The GMI Host provides Maintenance
Functions accessible to personnel selected through the security
module. They provide counters for monitoring number of runs between
cleaning operations, etc.
A Statistical Process Control Module is also available for GMI
Host software users.
