Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager provides reminders of scheduled maintenance as defined by Users with security access to the Maintenance Manager module. The Maintenance Manager defines a task to be performed (Task Name) and it gives instructions about the task (Directions). This module provides selection of Schedule Types including Cycle, Days, or Flow Rates. For each of these types both Warning and Disable parameters can be set. The Warning alerts the operator/maintenance personnel that scheduled maintenance needs to be performed in the near future. This warning is based on the number of cycles or days completed or on the amount of flow to date. If the Disable parameter becomes valid and the maintenance has not been performed then the tube will be disabled until maintenance is performed or is overridden by someone with security access. The Maintenance Manager form also displays a complete list of current Tasks.
